Kenmore GP-865
The Kenmore GP-865 is a novelty telephone that reassembles a range with an oven, stovetop, and microwave. Manufactured in the early 1980s, it was sold as a marketing piece rather than an actual functional telephone. This telephone is quite rare, there is no known documentation online. The only known mentions of it on the public internet is a Jordan U video and an eBay listing that sold on March 22, 2026.
Audio
It has a speaker located on the microwave and a microphone on the front of the oven.
The telephone features an piezoelectric ringer located on the back that makes a single high pitched tone.
Input
It has a dial pad on the bottom which is pulse dialing only. Like other pulse only dial pads, * is mute, and # is redial.
There's a hook switch on the bottom so that when the phone is taken off the table, it goes off hook.
It features an RJ11 port on the back and came with a line cord which is half coiled.
