The Kenmore GP-865 is a novelty telephone that reassembles a range with an oven, stovetop, and microwave. Manufactured in the early 1980s, it was sold as a marketing piece rather than an actual functional telephone.

Ringer Piezoelectric

It has a speaker located on the microwave and a microphone on the front of the oven.

The telephone features an piezoelectric ringer that makes a single high pitched tone.

Input

It has a dial pad on the bottom which is pulse dialing only. Like other pulse only dial pads, * is mute, and # is redial.

There's a hook switch on the bottom so that when the phone is taken off the table, it goes off hook.

It features an RJ11 port on the back and came with a line cord which is half coiled.
